Camp Baharia, Iraq

I have been back from Iraq since 2007.  The website has not been updated in a while - but decided to leave it up anyway.

Welcome to my website! I have created this site to share my experiences as a DoD contractor, supporting Marines in Iraq.

I originally created this site to share about my life in Iraq and somehow it mushroomed! I have included links about other aspects of my life as well as pictures of my beautiful nieces and nephews. I did not get to update it as often as I would have liked - due to poor comms out in Iraq - but I am trying to get all the wonderful pictures that I have uploaded a little at a time.  Please visit back often and don't forget to sign the guest book!

After 20 months in Al Anbar, Iraq, I am finally back home in the states!  It is wonderful to be home, although I miss my friends I met in Iraq tremendously.  Iraq was a great adventure.  Sometimes I miss Camp Fallujah (as crazy as that may sound).  I often think of the the ducks and geese.  I often think of all the wonderful Marines, Soldiers, Sailors and Civilians I met there.  I pray for those who are still there.  I pray for those I served with.  I will remember them always.  I am grateful to have served with them.  I feel very blessed that I was able to be a part of the elections in 2005.  I am happy to have been able to do my share.  I will be forever grateful to those who made the ultimate sacrifice.  May God Bless their families.
